God is beautiful

The God is within you and you have seen already the God. But you don’t accept Him, that’s it.
God has two forms. One is the Nirakara – formless. He is in every element. He is in air, He is in the fire, He is in the water, He is in the space, He is in our breath, we breathe in and out and therefore he is not away from us – he is One with us. One without second.

And the second form of God is His creatures, the living life, the living in this planet, it all represents the God.

“Oh God Beautiful, Oh God Beautiful, Oh God Beautiful
In the mountains and the forest,
In the rivers and the ocean,
Oh God Beautiful, Oh God Beautiful
In the dessert, in the flowers, in the birds and in every creature,
Oh God Beautiful.”

So that we have seen it already but we don’t accept – that’s our problem. You want to see something with closed eyes. Why do you want to become blind? Open your eyes and see everything. See! God gave you beautiful eyes. Look! Look, everything, beautiful! When you close eyes, just relax. Become free from the stress and become innerly relaxed.

The self-realization, the God-realization, this all you will realize last minute of your life. And so long you have to wait. If before you are saying you are now self-realized and you see God and you are this, then I would say, “Thank you, congratulations.” That’s it.

Lets take example of God Rama. Why did he lifelong meditate, though he was a God? And praying. Take example of God Krishna, why did he pray and meditate? Take the example of Lord Jesus, why did he meditate and pray when he was perfect? Think of Lord Buddha. All the time he was praying and meditating. Why? Or Mahaprabhuji, or any Holy Saint in this life. Life-long they were meditating and praying. So, it is a lifelong job for us to do great things, good things in the life. Doesn’t matter which direction, which field of the life.

If you want a happy family, then lifelong you have to cultivate. You have to cultivate the love, day by day increase your love towards your family. You must love your partner, then you will have a happy marriage. If you want to be healthy, then eat everyday healthy food. Not one day healthy food and then whole year unhealthy food. That doesn’t function. So continue this slowly slowly, step by step. That is very important.

And so it is in yoga that you practise very gentle exercises, no competitions. We don’t want to show our muscles, you know? These muscles, how long? How many years? Ten years, twenty years, thirty years, forty years, fifty years. Seventy years, eighty years, ninety years, hundred years. Hundred and five years, hundred and ten years, my dear, and then? What is with your muscles? Heh? Where are these muscles?

Therefore, nothing is permanent. We pray to God, and you know that we can say thanks to God that we are healthy, no? That’s it.

So, do gently things, don’t do extreme. Don’t do something, like which you are exhausted. Yes, do something where you are exhausted – help someone. Help your wife to carry all the shopping bags, though you are exhausted, that’s good. Help your husband, help your children, help the needy one. There if you have to do something, hard work is okay.

So, gentle postures accepts your body. Gentle pranayams (breathing exercises) accepts your body. Gentle, fine sattvic (pure) nourishment accepts your body, your spirit, your soul. Be happy and then all chakras will function.
