Class Times
- At the traffic light with Durbanville Road crossing Kendal Road (Beauno Vista Office Park on your right). Turn left into Kendal
- At Stop street, turn left, follow the sharp bend of the road to the right
- At the 2nd road after the sharp bend, turn right into Van Der Stel Ave – you’ll find a big open park on your right
- Towards to centre of the street you will find a small parking lot with tall trees to your left - park here. You will see the green roof of the scout hall – the hall is slightly sunken from the road

Dress
Comfortable, loose/stretchy clothing, warm top for relaxation sessions. No shoes required, barefoot practise
